Role summary

We are seeking a MarTech & AI Enablement Manager to help the China GTM team scale through marketing technology and AI. This role combines two exciting roles: 1) ownership of critical marketing technology operations and 2) leadership of AI enablement initiatives across the business.

As technical expert you will ensure our marketing and customer engagement systems (e.g. Braze) operate effectively. As GTM AI enablement lead you will help teams adopt new AI-powered ways of working.

The ideal candidate is both a strong technical expert in Marketing technology and a proactive change agent in AI, someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology, can quickly learn and manage complex platforms, and is passionate about helping teams unlock value from AI.

What you’ll do

Marketing Technology Operations

  • Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of marketing technology platforms such as Braze, Segment, Marketo, Beschannels and related systems.
  • Configure, test, and maintain customer communication programs across multiple channels.
  • Partner with Marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with business requirements.
  • Manage customer attributes, event tracking, audience definitions, and platform configurations to support lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and continuously improve system reliability, efficiency, and data quality.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI within the marketing technology ecosystem.

AI Enablement & Transformation

  • Develop and execute the AI enablement strategy for the China Growth organization.
  • Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, office hours, and learning resources to improve AI literacy and adoption.
  • Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and success metrics for responsible and effective AI adoption.
  • Track adoption, business impact, and productivity improvements generated through AI initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for AI-related initiatives, collaborating closely with global AI and transformation teams.
  • Build and maintain an internal AI champions network to accelerate experimentation and knowledge sharing.

Who you are

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in MarTech operations (Braze, Segment, Marketo, etc), Business Operations, Technology Enablement, Revenue Operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or driving adoption of AI tools, workflows, or transformation initiatives within business teams, beyond basic ChatGPT prompts
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technology platforms used to support customer-facing organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence change across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and a track record of rapidly learning new tools and systems.
  • Experience partnering with global or cross-regional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, customer engagement, customer data, or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Segment, Salesforce, Marketo, Beschannels, or similar).
  • Experience leading organizational change management, training, or capability-building programs.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, large language models, AI productivity tools, and enterprise AI adoption practices.
  • Experience working in high-growth, technology, fintech, internet, or SaaS environments.
