Help us build the version that wins. </p> <p class="p1">Payoneer is building a stablecoin-powered payments platform and a regulated national</p> <p class="p1">trust bank, leveraging new technology to deliver the next generation of payment infrastructure for global commerce. </p> <p class="p1">This role serves as the operating backbone for the initiative, orchestrating product delivery,</p> <p class="p1">go-to-market execution, trust bank launch, and board-level governance into a single</p> <p class="p1">coherent program. The Program Manager will partner with senior leadership to translate</p> <p class="p1">strategy into milestones, milestones into action, and action into outcomes.</p> <p class="p1">This is a high-visibility role for a versatile program manager who can hold complexity across</p> <p class="p1">commercial, product, and regulatory workstreams. If you want to help build something that does not yet exist in U.S. financial services,</p> <p class="p1">sitting next to the executive driving it, keep reading.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="p1">Program & Strategy Operations</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Maintain the integrated plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Establish and run the program's governance model — steering committees, working groups, decision logs, risk registers, and reporting cadences</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Translate strategy into milestones and milestones into weekly action across a cross- functional team</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Drive disciplined prioritization across competing demands on a small, senior team Product Launch</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and bank capabilities, including wallet functionality, issuance, custody, reserve management, and cross-border payments use cases.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Track milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness across discovery, build, pilot, and general availability.</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Run program rituals that keep product delivery synchronized with commercial commitments and regulatory constraints.Go-to-Market Execution</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Drive the program plan for stablecoin GTM including segmentation, pricing, packaging, partnership pipeline, sales enablement, and launch sequencing</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging, collateral, training, and commercial readiness are in place ahead of each launch</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Maintain visibility into pipeline, pilots, and early commercial KPIs — surface what is working, what is not, and what needs leadership attention Bank Stand-Up</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Own the integrated plan for PDB across the path to charter approval and opening</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Coordinate workstreams spanning executive hiring, governance and policy buildout, technology and operations readiness, risk and compliance program design, and external advisor management</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Ensure commercial and product plans are sequenced realistically against charter and regulatory dependencies Board & Executive Governance</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Own the operating cadence and content pipeline for PDB board and committee engagement</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">•</span> Manage agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups;
