Senior Manager, Sales, Kyiv (Ukraine)
Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Sales Team Leader, to lead the winning Business Development team covering Ukraine and EU markets. This role assumes an A-player category expert who will dive into the product-market fit details, microclimate aspects of existing team and competitors landscape conditions with the goal to build a strategy that will combine all strong sides and will ensure Goals completion and Targets achievement.
Your responsibilities will include developing the markets that were chosen, exploring new ones according to the relevant reasoning, close work with the Sales Team to provide learning, assistance, personal development of each employee.
With the background in Business Development and Management, you will be responsible for navigating the Team towards the right business directions solving the questions: “Where to go?”, “Whom to touch?” and “How to win?”. The Team is ready to take any challenge but Team Leader we are searching for should be making sure that such a challenge is reasonable and will bring everyone to the desired ending.
You will be closely collaborating with different cross-teams inside the organization: Marketing, AnP, Ops, Product, Compliance, etc. The task of the TL is to work on the maintenance of the entire Sales environment where each of the above-mentioned departments contributing their own parts to ensure right conditions to do what Sales Team is called for – to sell Payoneer`s business products to the international SMB`s.
What you'll do
- Create and execute sales strategies.
- Manage the world-class Outbound focused Sales Team.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure enough contribution level from this source.
- Work closely with the SDR team, building holistic market development approaches.
- Partner with the AnP team to have a constant network of partners generating high-value leads.
- Work towards creating a brand awareness of the Team and Products inside specific effective networks/communities/clusters/etc.
- Participate in expos with presenting about Payoneer Products, Sales Team Approaches and doing networking.
- Maintain and exceed Sales TL targets with an influence to the overall country’s performance.
- Work towards strengthening of Payoneer`s position on the market and ensure spaces for further growth.
- Take part in creation & articulation of compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with other key stakeholders inside.
- Do funnel analytics and market analytics with drafting various business reports on the regular basis.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with other experienced Sales Leaders sharing experience, participating in the common projects and solving similar challenges.
- Report to the Head of Sales Leader in the region.
Who you are
- 5+ years of business development and management experience, especially in payments, IT, Marketing, etc..
- 2+ years in the Teams Management, preferably Sales/SDR/Business side teams.
- Experience in working with SMB’s is essential.
- Outbound focused with deep understanding of how multi-channel funnels work.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
- A fluent English and Ukrainian speaker. Additional languages will be considered a bonus.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strategic thinking is the must.
The following would be considered a plus for candidates:
- Experience in Affiliates and / or Partnerships activity.
- Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross-border trade.
- Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media.
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools.
