Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Payoneer China is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to define and implement our customer engagement and retention strategy specific to the Greater China region to deliver a material increase in customer activeness and retention. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and iterating lifecycle strategies and programs that impact customers’ growth. The ideal candidate will also possess strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL and Power BI, to drive data-driven life cycle decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for the CRM/ Life Cycle Marketing to drive customer growth.
  • Design and conduct customer journey mapping by analyzing critical customer touchpoints with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities through trigger-based communications.
  • Drive region specific customer LCM strategy and approach, including analyzing product usage by cohort, retention rates and customer engagement.
  • Obsess about local customer insights and tailor messaging and distribution channels accordingly.
  • Own and optimize regional specific end-to-end lifecycle marketing approach from planning to execution, including impact forecasting, prioritization, implementation, success measurement and optimization.
  • Utilize data analytics results to analyze customer data, identify growth opportunities and drive data-driven LCM initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track LCM related KPIs and measure the effectiveness of local lifecycle marketing programs.
  • A problem solver: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a growth mindset, able to proactively identify growth areas and drive initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Great orchestration, managing complex processes; Excellent ability to connect people, processes and drive cross-group collaboration.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree either in Economics / Marketing / Business Management (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years related working experience, ideally in managing lifecycle, cross-sell and up-sell programs.
  • Experience in payment, financial, and ecommerce industry (either cross border or domestic ecommerce) – a plus.
  • Experience in B2B CRM or database marketing – a plus.
  • Strong market insight, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Analytic thinking to support data-driven LCM decision-making and initiatives design.
  • Strong communication skills to comfortably discuss concepts & initiatives with cross-functional and cross-region business teams.
  • Strong business sense and result driven approach to drive effectiveness.
  • Driven, multi-tasking, passionate, and able to build initiative.
  • Ability to understand key stakeholders’ interests and align initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
