About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Payoneer is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead partnership development and market expansion across Pakistan. You'll be instrumental in building Payoneer's presence with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs), eCommerce and B2B reseller networks—targeting Pakistan companies with a focus on expansion into other markets and core hubs like Singapore, Delaware, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct accountability for building a partnership pipeline that drives customer acquisition, payment volumes, and revenue growth across Pakistan's dynamic B2B and eCommerce ecosystems. You'll work at the intersection of local market expertise and regional strategy, engaging with C-level executives, navigating complex cross-border payment needs, and positioning Payoneer as the partner of choice for Pakistan's expanding businesses.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of sales, business development, channel sales, or partnership development experience in fintech, payments, or corporate services with a strong, established network across Pakistan's CSP and ISP ecosystem. You're comfortable with ambiguity, excel at relationship building, and possess deep market understanding of Pakistan's offshore expansion trends
