We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to manage and scale a high-volume inbound sales organization targeting micro-business customers. This role is similar in nature to managing a bank X-cell center, with responsibility for leading regional large sales teams that proactively contact thousands of customers, support their onboarding, offer financial products, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or call-center-based sales, and excels in building structured sales processes, managing KPIs, and motivating large teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and scale a high-volume inbound sales operation focused on micro-business clients
  • Oversee daily sales activities, including cold calling, warm leads, follow-ups, and cross-selling
  • Design and optimize sales scripts, call flows, and customer outreach strategies
  • Drive sales of core fintech products as well as additional services such as: Credit cards, Payment solutions, Financing and lending products, Value-added financial services
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and ensure consistent achievement
  • Monitor the global teams’ OKRs productivity metrics, call quality, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to solve the team’s issues
  • Analyze sales data and customer insights to improve performance continuously
  • Represent the teams' needs with operations and scale service levels for the targeted customer base
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and ethical sales standards
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the Org and within growth to execute solutions to increase the team's productivity, efficiency, and revenue performance
  • Think BIG- innovate and execute on revenue-driven initiatives in the different teams
  • Communicate at any given time the motions performances, action plan status, and challenges internally within growth and externally

  • Strong understanding of the sales industry, market dynamics, and customer engagement strategies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a bank sales center or fintech call center
  • Familiarity with credit cards, payments, lending, or SMB financial products
  • Experience scaling sales operations from early growth to maturity

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams in: Banking, Fintech, Financial services, Call center/tele sales environments
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume inbound sales teams
  • Strong understanding of micro-business customers and their financial needs
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling financial products
  • Experience working with CRM systems, dialers, and sales analytics tools
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
