Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager - eCommerce – Shenzhen
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager, basing in our Shenzhen office, to join our China Go-to-market team.

What you’ll do
Performance Objectives - his or her performance will be measured by the following KPI:
- Sales leads / opportunity generation
- Revenue / customer base growth
Key stakeholders: Business Development (Sales) Team, Rev Ops team, Product team
Role definition:
Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, third-party service providers (logistics, ERP, advertising, training institutions), and industry associations.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships to drive affiliate collaboration models.
Channel Building & Management
- Design and implement affiliate partnership strategies to create effective customer acquisition channels and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded events, and content collaborations to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Business Coordination
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure partner resources are effectively converted into business growth.
- Regularly analyze channel performance and optimize partnership models and incentive programs.
Industry Insights & Innovation
- Stay updated on cross-border e-commerce trends and explore new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
- Contribute to the development of policies and processes for affiliate partnerships to improve operational efficiency.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or channel partnerships; background in cross-border e-commerce, payments, logistics, or SaaS preferred.
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and a strong understanding of seller needs and industry pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in affiliate marketing, channel distribution, or ecosystem partnerships.
- Proficiency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Existing industry network or resources are a plus.
