Role summary
Payoneer is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Customer Acquisition domain focusing on sales and high touch motion. The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical mindset, experience in data analysis, and a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This role is pivotal in influencing our customer acquisition strategies and enhancing business performance through deep, data-driven analysis.
What you’ll do
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of top of funnel data and sales performance to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Translate these findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Reporting: Develop, refine, and maintain advanced Sales and MKT dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, utilization, new revenue, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI).
Insights Generation: Deliver comprehensive, data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition strategies. Analyze pipeline performance, conversion trends, and channel effectiveness to identify growth opportunities. Provide predictive models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions, improve ROI, and accelerate acquisition velocity
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical support for various initiatives.
Support: Offer high-level analytical support for strategic projects on the acquisition domain, including customer segmentation, customer journey mapping, and performance optimization.
Who you are
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Sales analytics/Funnel analytics/ Business analytics.
Technical Skills: Practical experience with writing SQL queries for large datasets, strong proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and familiarity with Salesforce environment is considered an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Possesses advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex datasets to inform strategic decisions. Shows dedication to integrating emerging technologies and AI-driven approaches to optimize workflow efficiency.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in an English-speaking environment, with the proven ability to clearly explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
