BLS is a key product line for Payoneer, contributing over 10% of our total revenue.
We are seeking a strong, motivated individual to lead the BLS go-to-market strategy — from planning and execution to cross-functional collaboration with Platform, Marketing, RevOps, and Regional teams — to drive global growth and customer acquisition for our BLS product.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive our yearly and quarterly GTM plan to drive acquisition and retention
  • Build & partner with GTM channels – X-sell, Sales outbound, partnerships, RAF, and more
  • Partner with BLS Platform, PayOps, Risk, to launch growth initiatives and increase adoption
  • Collaborate with regional GTM to collect customer feedback and increase focus on BLS
  • Support regional GTM to solve operational and product issues related to BLS
  • Collaborate with BLS PMM to improve GTM assets, training, and product awareness
  • Collaborate with risk, product, Pay Ops to implement and improve BLS related processes
  • Track competition and competitive dynamics and global business trends
  • Drive and Experiment customer campaigns, promotions and pricing changes
  • Provide input and influence BLS funnel, marketing assets, website, and roadmap
  • Ideate and lead new growth initiatives, explore new verticals, markets and segmetns

Who you are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in GTM, operations or program management roles
  • Abilities to collaborate, build strong relationships and motivate others
  • Great communication, presentation and personal skills
  • High motivation and curiosity – you like to learn new things and explore the unexplored
  • Adopts a hands-on approach, proactively identifying and solving problems
  • Strong desire for making a clear, measurable impact
  • Can-do attitude and high independence
