We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager-eCommerce Growth to join our high-performing team based in Shenzhen. This role is crucial in driving our growth marketing strategy for corss-boarder ecommerce businesses and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives aligned with Payoneer's business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of cross-border business and FinTech domain.

What you’ll do

eCommerce Growth Strategy & Execution:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on growing cross-border eCommerce merchants portfolios for both new acquisition and existing upsell/cross sell, aligned with Payoneer's business objectives, key customer segments.
  2. Execute and continuously optimize multi-channel growth campaigns to drive merchant engagement, adoption, and conversion for Payoneer's FinTech solutions, for both new acquisition and existing upsell.
  3. Fuel the sales pipeline by generating and nurturing high-quality leads through targeted marketing automation and lead management strategies.
  4. Maintain a integrated marketing campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment across all digital and field marketing initiatives.
  5. Leverage a mix of digital channels (including email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and WeCom) to attract, engage, and convert cross-border sellers.
  6. Define precise target audience segments, campaign architectures, content themes, and tactical plans that support Payoneer's brand and eCommerce growth goals.
  7. Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key marketplaces, service providers, and ecosystem players to leverage collective resources for marketing activities.
  8. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including milestone tracking, deadline management, and resource allocation.
  9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Content) to ensure campaign goals, messaging, and schedules are fully synchronized.

Performance Analysis & ROI Optimization:

  1. Conduct regular, in-depth analysis of campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  2. Continuously optimize marketing spend and tactics to improve Top of Funnel efficiencies, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and drive profitable, sustainable growth.
  3. Establish clear, measurable objectives and KPIs; consistently monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and business impact.
  4. Provide strategic updates and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Who you are

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years specifically in B2B marketing, preferably within the cross-border eCommerce, FinTech, or global payments sectors.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  4. Preferred Skills:
    • Deep market knowledge and established connections within the cross-border eCommerce seller ecosystem.
    • Proven project management capabilities combined with a strong growth marketing background.
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and digital marketing channels.
    • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to optimize campaigns and prove marketing ROI.
