What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Shape the Money Movement Platform Vision: Lead the product strategy for Payoneer’s Money Movement Platform to enhance customer experience, reliability, and financial controls.
Build and execute a scalable, innovative roadmap for global payment integrations. - Deeply Understand the Payment Lifecycle and Stakeholder Needs: Collaborate with financial institutions, fintech partners, and internal teams to expand Payoneer’s payment capabilities.
Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable global payment solutions. - Lead and Mentor the Product Team: Build and guide a high-performing team with clear priorities and strong execution.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented product culture. - Enable Go-To-Market Success: Work with GTM, Partnerships, and Commercial teams to define customer journeys and support product launches.
Ensure alignment between product and commercial goals. - Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement for product success.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, with experience building financial products and working with financial institutions or fintechs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of payments, preferably in cross-border, FX, and money transfer solutions.
Experience with payment lifecycles, ledgers, treasury, and reconciliation. - Technical Acumen: Experience integrating with payment providers and third-party APIs.
- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial controls, risk, and compliance in payments.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to turn business strategy into actionable product plans.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
