Operations Manager

Role summary- The operations manager manage cross-border payment operations, ensure compliance, support product and risk reviews, and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Execute daily cross-border payment operations, including customer onboarding (KYC), transaction monitoring, payment review, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Draft and implement operational and risk policies aligned with local regulations and company standards.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and compliance teams to deliver integrated operational and risk solutions.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate abnormal customer activities or transactions.
  • Support product reviews, business assessments, and risk evaluations, providing operational insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, SLA performance, and customer experience.

Who you are

  • 5+ years payment business operations experience in cross-border payments, domestic payments and banking;
  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Solid knowledge of cross-border payment operations and risk management practices;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
