Role summary

Responsible for Payoneer China's customer acquisition via digital media channels, implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract and convert potential customers, and achieve digital acquisition goals, with a special focus on cross-border payment and e-commerce.

What you’ll do

  1. Social Media Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
    • Identify and leverage key social media platforms and trends to reach and engage with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
    • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media channels.
    • Optimize content for SEO, AI and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
  3. Community and KOL Engagement:
    • Build and nurture a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations.
    • Monitor and analyze social media conversations about our brand and industry to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for engagement.
    • Identify, build and manage relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and senior management on social media performance and ROI.
    • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize social media strategies and content.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in toB social media marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
