What you'll do:

  • Manage core operational treasury tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across regional and global processes
  • Monitor and analyze daily cash flow positions to support effective liquidity management and funding decisions
  • Ensure the timely and accurate allocation of incoming deposits to internal systems and client
  • Liaise with banking partners and external service providers to maintain high standards of service and operational continuity
  • Perform data capture, mapping, verification, and reconciliation within the Treasury Management System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Support compliance efforts by verifying daily operational activities align with internal controls and local regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of regulatory reports for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit-related queries
  • Provide timely support and resolution to treasury-related queries from internal
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury policies, procedures, and operational controls
  • Participate in and take ownership of treasury-related projects and team initiatives, demonstrating initiative and a collaborative mindset

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting/ Finance or Business
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant treasury/ finance related experience
  • Working knowledge of cash management products and concepts
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Analytical thinking, detail oriented, IT oriented
  • Advanced Excel
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $120,000.
