Corporate Strategy and M&A Manager

Job Description:

Corporate Strategy and M&A Manager positions offered by Payoneer Inc. (New York, NY). Facilitate the Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) process, including performing financial analyses and advising company leadership on deal sourcing, analysis, diligence, and execution. Identify and evaluate transaction opportunities through industry research, market sizing, and ecosystem mapping. Collaborate with Product, Business, and Operations teams to review and recommend potential M&A and partnership opportunities. Partner with the finance team on development of financial models for use in evaluation of potential targets.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in business, finance, economics or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience performing quantitative and analytical financial modeling and detailed market analysis in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.

  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated.
  • Also requires 3 years of experience: performing complex company evaluations, deal structuring and negotiations; with direct transactional activities.
  • Requires 2 years of experience working in cross-border trade or financial services between U.S. and China transactions.
  • At least 25% international travel required.
  • Position reports to New York City, New York office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
