Role summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for our Vietnam market, based in Viet Nam (Ho Chi Minh City). The incumbent will be tasked to enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in Vietnam to get paid globally with Payoneer’ s fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions.

This person is a a result and data-driven high performer with the ability to drive and own In-country marketing revenue. He/she will have experience in managing in-country vendors (e.g. PR, content, creative, lead gen, socials) and working closely with Global Marketing Teams (US and Europe time zone) on campaign executions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Existing Customer Growth & Retention: drive market-led initiatives and incentive / reward campaign to grow volume and usage, build customer loyalty and increase retention rate
  • Acquisition: create effective market-driven PPC tactics and plans to drive high value ICPs, working with Global team and vendors on the execution, roll-out, ramp up conversions and drive volume
  • Sales Lead Gen: deliver high value leads to sales team using an ABM / Named Accounts approach. Build leads nurturing flow and improve MQL > SQL > Won Deals conversion rate
  • Data analytics and KPI reporting: monitor performance dashboards on a daily basis, obtain market insights, understand customer behaviours, identify gaps / blockers, and proactively look for key areas of growth opportunities – initiate marketing activities to address that
  • Brand positioning: activate brand campaigns to build Payoneer thought-leadership and establish top-of-mind awareness in the Vietnam market
  • PR & Media: secure media coverages including interviews, byline/ op-ed, commentary opportunities and speaking opportunities at industry marquee events. Build media footprint and elevate brand awareness
  • Socials & Community: actively monitor social listening and manage local social community groups. Leverage influencer marketing to defend brand reputation and potential negative sentiment
  • Events management: activate online and offline events, webinars, workshops, VIP networking dinners, sponsored events to acquire high value customers, build customer relationship and enhance product education

Skills, Qualification and Experience

  • Able to thrive in a fast-pace environment and work under pressure
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing- ideally in the eCommerce / marketplace / payments field
  • Experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across omni channels including website, PPC, SEO, email, Zalo, social media, events and PR
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Great at building and growing relationships with stakeholders, business partners, customers and colleagues (team player)
  • Ability to drive, track and communicate campaign results, and seek to generate new best practices through experimental efforts
  • Excellent presentation skillset. Able to demonstrate data, success stories and address gaps / area to grow to the leadership team
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
  • Native Vietnamese and excellent/good level English
