Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Frontend Team Leader to spearhead the development of our scalable and robust frontend framework. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our product's user interface, integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, and foster a culture of developer excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Technical Leadership: Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to enhance user experiences, streamline development processes, and introduce intelligent features into our frontend applications.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, DevOps, Support, and other R&D teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate technical authority through active participation in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
  • Frontend Framework Development: Build and maintain the frontend framework of a comprehensive React application, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and testability.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of maintainable code.
  • Team Growth: Focus on team development by identifying training needs, providing learning opportunities, and mentoring developers to enhance their capabilities.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, including advanced concepts like closures and asynchronous programming.
  • Deep knowledge of React.
  • Experience designing scalable and modular web application architectures.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills - High level of English proficiency.

What Could Set You Apart

  • Experience in SaaS companies or the fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with modern tools such as NX, Router 5, and Styled Components.
  • Knowledge of server-side technologies and API integrations.
