Key Responsibilities

Benefits Program Management

  • Administer and manage global benefits programs including health, wellness, and other employee perks.

  • Monitor benefit plan performance and make data-driven improvement recommendations.

  • Stay updated with global benefits trends and regulatory requirements.

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with global benefits providers, brokers, and consultants.

  • Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee and vendor benefit queries.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure benefits programs are compliant with local laws and regulations across countries.

  • Assist with the preparation and filing of reports and documentation.

Communication & Education

  • Develop strategies to effectively communicate benefits programs to employees.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and answer ongoing employee queries.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze benefits data related to utilization, cost, and satisfaction.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for benefits program enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a global environment.

  • Strong understanding of global benefits laws and compliance.

  • Proven experience in vendor management and negotiations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.

  • A go-getter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
