Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our products in the market. The PMM will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are positioned effectively and meet the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and expansion into new markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, vertical business, research, and global team, to drive local product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Create and maintain an in-depth understanding of seller personas, use cases, and the competitive landscape to develop effective product positioning.
• Craft unique value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audience, highlighting our market-leading position.
• Develop sales enablement, collateral, and content that enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.
• Continuously track performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimize results and drive growth.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to create competitive enablement materials like battlecards, positioning guides, and playbooks.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence frameworks and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing.
