We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader based in our Israel office. Reporting to the Global Head of TA, this role will be responsible for developing a cohesive TA strategy and execution model that aligns with the broader Payoneer talent strategy. Below are the main roles and responsibilities which are all in service of the overall global vision, strategy and execution road map for TA.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HRBP’s to understand the short- and long-term business objectives aligning them with the TA strategy accordingly.
  • Work with department leaders and HRBP’s to support workforce plans that anticipate future talent needs, succession planning and respond to market or organizational changes.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that address the geographic specific hiring needs, whether it's expanding, building specialized teams or addressing diversity & inclusion gaps.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of TA partners, ensuring they have the resources, training and guidance needed to succeed. Provide coaching as needed to improve sourcing, assessment and stakeholder management skills.
  • Monitor the performance of the TA team against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Personally lead executive and high priority roles in Israel.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the recruitment process, identifying inefficiencies through data analytics and implement solutions to streamline operations, from job requisition creation to onboarding in partnership with HR Ops and our global framework.
  • Evaluate and leverage recruitment technologies, e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, analytics tools, to improve the efficiency of the TA process. Drive adoption of new tools and ensure the team is well-trained in their use.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Provide the business with predictive analytics regarding hiring needs, talent shortages, compensation trends and talent pool availability in the market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders, working with them to understand their evolving talent needs, provide strategic recruitment advice, deliver on hiring objectives and being the point of escalation for issue resolution.
  • Oversee and contribute to employer branding initiatives (with support from the Employer Brand Manager). Ensure that the firm is perceived as an employer of choice, especially within niche financial domains or technical fields that we operate in and lead by example with your social media presence and / or local events.
  • Build relationships with external organizations, universities and industry bodies to stay informed about trends in the financial and technology sector recruitment and to ensure the firm is connected to the broader talent ecosystem.

What we want you to bring:

  • Proactivity, be a TA Leader with deep Israel hiring expertise.
  • Extensive executive stakeholder interaction.
  • TA team leader experience, hiring / performance management / coaching / development / hiring.
  • Strategic thinking, as well as being an operational TA expert.
  • Ability to lead from the front / sourcing expertise / happy owning requisitions at the executive level
  • Data skills, must be passionate about data / using data to tell a story and course correct TA strategies
  • Excellent communication (written / verbal / public speaking)
  • Ideally 8-10 min years of TA leadership experience.
  • Large scale corporate hiring experience.
