Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-minded Head of Creative Strategy to lead the growth, positioning, and visual identity of our consumer brand globally. In this role, you will bridge the gap between bold storytelling and high-velocity B2C performance marketing. You will manage the Creative Studio team, taking complete ownership of creative direction, content engines, and acquisition assets designed to drive consumer enrollment, maximize conversion, and lower CAC. The ideal candidate blends deep consumer brand strategy understanding with an AI-first production operational approach to scale asset output without compromising quality.
Core Background & Experience:
- Agency-to-In-House Hybrid: Ideally 4–5 years in a creative agency setting (e.g., Creative Director, Associate Creative Director) followed by 3–5 years in-house leading B2C brand strategy or growth creative functions.
- B2C Performance Track Record: Proven history of scaling consumer-facing creative teams where video, paid social, and landing page assets are optimized based on conversion metrics (CAC, conversion rates, creative win rate) rather than visual appeal alone.
- AI Tooling & Workflow Mastery: Active hands-on experience integrating generative AI production workflows (prompt-based image, text, and video tools) to streamline brief generation, speed up asset iteration, and accelerate market execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Brand Strategy Alignment
- Align with brand positioning, voice, and visual identity for the B2C acquisition engine across Brazil and Latin America.
- Monitor consumer awareness and consideration—tracked through Share of Search, brand sentiment, and organic conversion—creating a strong brand halo that lowers overall paid CAC.
- Leverage AI-assisted market monitoring and social listening tools to identify consumer trends, competitive shifts, and positioning opportunities in real time.
2. Performance-Driven Creative Production
- Run the Creative Studio as an engine for B2C acquisition and retention—producing high volumes of video ads, paid social assets, landing pages, and lifecycle content.
- Evaluate creative output against clear data metrics: Creative Win Rate, Conversion by Asset, and Cost per Asset.
- Build and maintain a modern AI production stack as core studio infrastructure, using automation to scale asset variations and lower production turnarounds.
3. Content Strategy & Category Authority
- Oversee long-form and brand storytelling content that builds deep consumer trust and drives category authority.
- Utilize AI-driven repurposing workflows to turn primary brand assets into multi-channel consumer touchpoints without increasing headcount.
4. Strategic Shared Services Support
- Maintain brand guidelines and design systems, providing template libraries and SLA-backed creative support to secondary internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional brand consistency.
5. AI Workflow Leadership & Operations
- Build, maintain, and train the team on reusable prompt libraries and automated production workflows.
- Establish AI fluency as a core competency across all designers, copywriters, and content creators within the studio.
