Sr. FP&A Analyst:

Remote / Argentina or Brazil / English Fluent

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to oversee the analysis, development, and reporting of critical financial and operational metrics for our company. This role involves collaborating across all organizational levels to provide valuable insights and manage data effectively. Key responsibilities include analyzing operating results, preparing weekly cash balance reports, conducting variance analyses against forecasts, and supporting month-end management reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or finance, 3-5 years of FP&A experience, proficiency in a multi-currency environment, and strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly to diverse audiences. This remote position is open to candidates preferably in: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and requires proficiency in English at level B2 or higher.

Accounting Analyst:

Remote / Colombia / Spanish Fluent

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst who will be responsible for executing the company's accounting processes across Latin American countries, ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures. This role involves daily collaboration on accounting operations, calculating and recording provisions, managing prepaid expenses, accounts payable operations (including PO requests, approvals, invoice registration, and payment execution), thorough bank activity control and reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow projections, payroll processing oversight, local support company supervision, tax preparation support, and cost and expense variance analysis. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Accounting or be a final-year student, have 2-3 years of relevant experience, intermediate English proficiency (B1), knowledge of GAAP and current tax legislation, familiarity with accounting and administrative systems (preferably NetSuite), proficiency in MS Excel, strong numerical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Key personal attributes include a focus on detail, planning and organization, goal orientation, customer orientation, critical problem analysis, leadership, empowerment, and effective communication skills.

Marketing Assistant:

Remote / Brasil / Inglês fluente

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, dynamic, and English-speaking Marketing Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, monitoring the marketing calendar, collaborating with other teams, and managing financial processes. Candidates must be based in São Paulo, have a degree in related areas, and 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing operations.

Senior Java Developers:

Remote / Fluent in English / LATAM

We are seeking 2 Senior Java Developers to join our Product Team in improving our learning platform. Responsibilities include researching, designing, coding, and testing new programs, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to implement designs. Requirements include 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience, proficiency in Spring frameworks and Hibernate, and familiarity with RESTful microservices and RDBMS. Knowledge of Liquibase, GraphQL, and AWS services is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a good work ethic are desired.
