Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with strong commercial skills to join our regional Business Development team, as a Scheduling Specialist for the USA, in this role you will be responsible for supporting the B2B sales team in achieving new clients in the USA market. You must have the ability to recognize a clear sales opportunity and know how to set an effective pre-sales appointment for our outside sales executives, being creative in reaching the right prospects (comfort level in speaking with company managers and other people involved in decision making), and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, maintaining perseverance and dedication to make a productive volume of calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the initiation of cold sales and cross-selling of licenses to clients, companies and corporations in the USA with a high corporate profile.
  • Provide assertive communication with prospective clients through phone calls, mailing strategies, sending commercial letters, text messages, in person and social networking sites in order to schedule the greatest number of effective appointments.
  • Follow up on meetings, interviews and contacts made, in order to successfully close the greatest number of sales of the Open English license.
  • Prepare, structure and deliver corporate contact management reports in the USA.
  • Maintain constant study and optimization of sales processes and commercial strategies in order to achieve the objectives set.
  • Make notes in the CRM (Salesforce) reflecting all customer/prospect communications.
  • Check email frequently and provide quality response immediately.
  • Stay up to date with the products, features and benefits that Open English offers to its customers.
  • The constant search and calls of potential clients to schedule a commercial visit.
  • Receive incoming calls (clients from interested companies) giving them due management, as stipulated by the immediate boss.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a technician or technologist with a degree in fields related to sales or relevant experience to perform the position.
  • Experience prospecting clients in the USA, more than 6 months at least.
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in the sales area establishing appointments calling medium and large companies.
  • Create direct sales opportunities in your contacts.
  • Knowledge of the US market.
  • Be proactive, consultative and investigative.
  • Full time availability.
  • English B2.

Desirable requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in prospecting (B2B or B2C).
  • Knowledge and management of CRM (Salesforce) is an added value.
  • Knowledge of office tools, experience in typing/data entry.
