Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful professional with strong consulting skills to join our regional corporate sales team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle in the assigned territory, from customer search to direct portfolio sales, identifying and developing a portfolio of corporate accounts in key markets and cultivating new relationships using existing contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities within the corresponding market.
  • Execute sales activities that allow the fulfillment of the established goals.
  • Expand customer recognition and acceptance of the Open English product portfolio through product demonstrations with market events and other promotional initiatives.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, and local market research and analysis.
  • Manage the integral sales process through proper management and commitment to the parties involved, always guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Ratings:

  • Professional with higher education.
  • You must have an advanced level of English: B2 High/C1
  • From 2 years of experience in sales and corporate account management.
  • Experience and proven success in the search and closing of new businesses, always meeting the goals and achievements set.
  • Knowledge and experience in cold digital prospecting tools from scratch. Linkedin will be considered as a main tool.
  • Being a highly consultative professional with the ability to listen to clients and potential clients.
  • Being a "Hunter" profile that proactively searches for its own businesses (not databases provided by companies or portfolio already acquired).
  • Have experience in sales through digital platforms such as zoom, teams, google meet, etc.
  • Knowledge of cold digital prospecting tools from scratch.
  • Mastery of MS Office (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Knowledge and management of CRM.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Graduated professional or with completed studies (University or Technical).
  • Experience in the North American market.
  • Knowledge and management of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of cold digital prospecting tools from scratch such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and others.
