The Human Resource Generalist is a key contributor within our People Operations function, responsible for driving the effective resolution of complex, regionally nuanced People matters. This role acts as a critical bridge between service delivery and strategic People partners, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes with a strong emphasis on compliance, consistency, and operational excellence. Operating as a trusted partner to HRBPs, Country Partners, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role supports performance management, employee relations, and regional operations while identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, efficiency, and overall service delivery. Additionally, this role contributes to Talent Acquisition operations, supporting a cohesive and high-quality experience across the candidate-to-employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
Escalation Management & Regional Operations- Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex and sensitive People Operations matters, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality resolution
- Manage regionally specific employee lifecycle processes, applying appropriate local context while maintaining global standards
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and effective execution of People initiatives
- Support the operational execution of performance management and employee relations processes, including performance improvement actions and organizational changes
- Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and regional stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies
- Maintain rigor in documentation, timelines, and execution standards
- Act as an operational advisor to HRBPs and Country Partners, providing guidance on processes, policies, and regional requirements
- Enable seamless collaboration across People functions to drive consistent and effective employee outcomes
- Contribute to the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition operations by supporting recruiting processes, systems, and data integrity
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure efficient workflows and a seamless transition from candidate to employee
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and operational gaps impacting service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable solutions in partnership with Global People Operations, HRIS, and IT
- Support continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and service models
- Ensure alignment of regional operations with global standards and compliance requirements
- Contribute to documentation, standardization, and evolution of Tier 2 operating procedures
- Provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance People Operations effectiveness
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
