We're looking for a Senior Staff Quality Engineer, SDET to set automation and quality engineering strategy across our broader product portfolio. You'll work on significant, unique issues requiring evaluation of intangible factors, acting independently to define methods and procedures for specialized, high-stakes initiatives.
Your Mission
Org-Wide Automation Strategy

Define automation architecture and strategy across the full product portfolio.
Quality Standards at Scale

Set code-coverage, pass-rate, and deployment-validation standards across the organization.
Mobile & Cloud Testing Strategy
-
Own organization-wide strategy for mobile application testing and cloud-based testing platforms.
Mentorship at Scale

Mentor Staff-level SDETs, conduct peer reviews at scale, and elevate automation practice across the organization.
Global Team Leadership

Lead quality-practice collaboration with offshore teams across multiple geographies.

Someone who can efficiently get to the bottom of the hardest automated failures across an integrated environment and alert the right teams. You consistently pitch in on long-running deployments, even after hours, and are sought out for the most ambiguous automation and quality engineering problems across the organization.
Your Experience Includes
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field.

10+ years of relevant experience working as a developer, automation engineer, or SDET.

10+ years of experience coding in Java, with deep practical knowledge of OOP and Core Java principles.

8+ years of experience with Selenium for automating UI testing.

8+ years of experience with REST Assured or similar tools for automating APIs.

8+ years of experience working in automated test and continuous deployment environments.
-
8+ years of experience with tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Stash, Confluence, and JIRA.

8+ years of experience troubleshooting logs using tools like Kibana.

8+ years of experience with applications deployed on cloud platforms.

8+ years of experience testing mobile applications.

8+ years of experience working with offshore teams across geographies.

8+ years of experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs and BrowserStack.

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development/work tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar) in a professional setting, with genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to accelerate and elevate day-to-day work.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
