OneTrust is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to principally support the Labor and Employment practice group within the OneTrust Legal Department. This role will report to the Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel, Labor and Employment, and will partner closely with employment counsel, HR, People Team stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams on a wide range of labor and employment matters.
Your Mission
Support the Labor and Employment team on day-to-day legal matters, including employment disputes, claims, investigations, workforce actions, policy-related matters, and other employee issues, including:
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining employment-related documents, correspondence, legal filings, agency responses, and internal guidance materials.
- Managing legal trackers, case files, matter status updates, billing records, and other reporting tools to help ensure accurate and timely handling of employment matters.
- Partnering with Legal, HR, and other internal stakeholders to gather facts, maintain documentation, and support consistent, practical legal processes and workflows.
- Helping develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and process documentation that support scalable and effective labor and employment practices across the business.
- Coordinating with outside counsel, internal business partners, and other members of the Legal Department as needed to support efficient management of labor and employment matters.
You Are
- Paralegal experience supporting labor and employment matters in-house and/or at a law firm.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive matters and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience handling legal documentation, trackers, and matter management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, HR professionals, and business stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Paralegal certificate.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
