Strength in Trust
OneTrust’s mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. We believe that ensuring data is trusted shouldn’t slow teams down—it should accelerate what’s possible. This led us to develop the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016. Today, with AI representing the latest and most impactful expansion of data yet, OneTrust is once again redefining what responsible innovation looks like. OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society. The Challenge

- In this role, the resource is closely working with the product team to understand the functionality being developed and writes robust automation and performance scripts to meet the acceptance criteria.
- As the resource matures in understanding the breadth and depth of product functionality, the resource should be able to bring in critical thinking to ask the “what if” questions to strengthen the tests.
- The role evaluates continuous improvement by improving the effectiveness of the automated tests
- This role understands customer use cases and usage models in production to begin incorporating the right tests in the release pipeline
- This role begins to understand the dependency models and makes informed decisions to test intelligently
- This role begins active engagement in a devops mindset toward rapid deployments and anchors the product scrum team to meet quality deliverables
Your Mission
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos
- Understand and translate business and technical requirements into various types of performance tests
- Continuously experiment with product teams to help strengthen the product SLAs
- Work with product management, and other functional teams to own and deliver performance/load test plans
- Execute and maintain the automation test suite
- Evaluate build quality by examining the test results from build acceptance tests in continuously deployed environments, multiple times a day
- Define test data and reports for both functional and non-functional requirements
- Raise defects found during the evaluation and work with the development teams to get them resolved
- Work with different teams to understand new components being delivered in the pipeline and develop innovative performance tests
- Participate in various POCs in order to keep the automation framework and technology relevant and current to the product offerings
- Add, maintain and update scripts in existing automation suite, helping with running the suite across various checkpoints in the release cycle
- Participate in production deployments that require simulated load conditions, record findings and share insightful feedback with product teams
- Adhere to best practices and coding standards
- Mentor less experienced resources on the team
- Provide support for reports and visuals in the release pipeline
- Stay current on modern software development best practices, emerging technologies, and design patterns and contribute to thought leadership efforts
