OneTrust is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex product and feature releases across the organization, in partnership with Product Operations. This role ensures launches are delivered on time, clearly communicated, and aligned to broader go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The Product Marketing Manager for Go-to-Market will drive operational excellence, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and bring structure and rigor to OneTrust’s fast-moving release environments.
Your Mission
Release Strategy & Execution- Own end-to-end marketing release management for multiple concurrent launches, from early planning through post-release evaluation
- Develop and maintain integrated release plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness criteria
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring field and customer facing deliverables are simple, value-centric and actionable
- Ensure alignment between product development schedules and marketing GTM plans
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans to keep releases on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing release readiness, partnering closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Marketing, Enablement, Sales and Customer Success
- Facilitate release reviews, launch readiness checkpoints, and go/no-go decisions
- Drive clarity on roles, deliverables, and ownership across launch stakeholders
- Define and evolve marketing release management processes, tools, and best practices to scale with the business
- Create standardized launch frameworks, playbooks, and templates to improve speed and consistency
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely handoff of launch assets across channels
- Maintain executive-ready visibility into launch status, risks, and outcomes
- Act as a calm, trusted operator during high-visibility or high-pressure launches
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to define launch success metrics
- Conduct post-launch retrospectives to capture learnings and drive process improvements
- Use data and insights to recommend changes to future release strategies
- 4-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, release management, program management, or go-to-market roles
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional launches in a product-led or technology-driven organization
- Strong project and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and comfort with business-related tools and platforms such as AirTable, SmartSheets, Asana, Planner, WorkBoard, Confluence, Jira
- Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, or platform products
- Familiarity with Agile or product development lifecycles
- Experience building or scaling release management processes
- Comfort working with executive stakeholders on high-impact initiatives
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
