The Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance is part of the CFO organization and reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. The Strategic Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and partners closely with teams acrossOneTrustto improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model.
This role will play a critical role supportingboth R&D and Marketingfrom a finance perspective—partnering with functional leaders to inform investment decisions,optimizeresource allocation, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.You’llwork at the intersection of product innovation, go-to-market execution, and financial performance.Your Mission
We’relooking for a highly analytical, results-oriented individual who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build and scale alongside a growing company. As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, you will have meaningful exposure to senior leadership, own complex analyses, and influence decisions that shape the company’s future.
In this role, you will:- Support company-wideplanning, forecasting, and reporting processeson an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
- Partner closely withR&D and Marketing leadersto develop financial plans, evaluate trade-offs, and support capital allocation decisions across product development and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of theunit economicsof the business, including the relationships between product roadmap, cloud infrastructure, customer usage, and marketing investment
- Build andmaintainfinancial models and analytical frameworksto evaluate KPIs, assess performance, and measure ROI across initiatives
- Conduct rigorous analyses toidentifyopportunities, risks, and trade-offs, distilling complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to functional partners and individual contributors
- Help scale the finance function by improvingfinancial infrastructure, automating workflows, and enhancing FP&A processes as the company grows
You Are
- 3–5 years of finance experience in a high-growth technology environment; experience in investment banking, consulting, or PE/VC is a plus
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis intoclear, compelling narrativesthat inform decision-making and strategy
- Proven ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments, influence cross-functional partners, and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
