Reporting to the Team Lead, People Services, the People Services Intern will support the People Operations team in delivering day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the employee lifecycle.This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in People Operations, HR data governance, and employee services within a global organization. The intern will support key operational processes, contribute to documentation and data organization, and assist in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in employee records.If you are interested in starting your career in People Operations and HR Data Governance while gaining insight into how a global People organization operates, we would love to meet you.This is a hybrid role based in Madrid.Your Mission
- Support the People Services team in the execution of day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to employee data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
- Act as a first point of contact for common employee queries, helping guide employees to the right resources and providing timely support when possible.
- Collaborate with the team to document internal People Services processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, or automation.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and assist in analyzing People data to help the team identify trends and insights.
- Assist with payroll-related data preparation, including gathering relevant employee information such as leaves, working hours, and other required inputs.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the People Services team, gaining exposure to different areas of People Operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to support a smooth employee experience.
You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human
Resources
, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field. - Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with data and interested in HR analytics, reporting, or data governance.
- Strong Excel or data-handling skills are a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset when supporting employees.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about People Operations in a global environment.
- Able to balance operational execution with strong people-facing skills, maintaining both data accuracy and a positive employee experience.
