TheSenior HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions, G&Awill serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Legal and People Officer, the Chief FinanceOfficerand their leadership teams. You will own delivery of best-in-class strategy andpeopleservices initiatives to clientgroupstheCorporate Functions organizations.You will serve as a consultant to leaders, employees and managers and playacriticalrole in aligning business strategies withOneTrusthumanresourceinitiatives and programstodrive strong culture,engagementand performance.Your Mission
Strategic Business Partner/Consultant- Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders who carry a significant responsibility for driving commercial, financial, risk and cultural management ofOneTrust.
- Helpleaders seemultiple steps aheadand optimize theirdecision-makingthrough the lens of talent strategy to achieveOneTrustgoals.
- Leverage yourknowledge ofthebusinessas a partner to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and People Services todeliveryhigh-valuepeopleprograms and initiatives.
- Make the complex simple to drive clarity and efficiency in service delivery across matrixed HR functions to your business so that we show up asOneTeam.
- Identifyopportunities forbuilding and continuously improving operational practices, talent management programs, recruiting strategies, organizational effectiveness activities, leader development, cultural initiatives, employee relations processes and more.
- Partner withFinance and Strategy and Operationspeersto support business decision-making and C-Suite reportingthrough a focus on keypeopledata and metrics.
- Build from your own data analytic experience and instincts to derive insights you can use to influence business outcomes for the better!
- Leadoperating rhythmswithkeystakeholders, partnering toensure coordination and execution with high velocity and quality.
- Define and drive project roadmaps tofacilitatestakeholder alignment and ensuretimelydelivery of multi-stage Business and HR initiatives across areas of organizational change,performance management, succession planning, careerpathingandemployeeengagement.
- Define and drive key activities that prepare leaders toleadthrough change, equip managers tosupportchangeand enable employees tounderstandchange.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Management, Legal, Finance and Strategy to meet the business cultural and business needs of your client groups.

Your Experience Includes
- 6+years of experience inprogressively larger / more complexHR roles, with at least 2+ years as an HRBP supporting VP+ business leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- A track recordof success inhigh-change,fast pacework environments, including
- The ability toleveragepartnershipwith COEs toimprove people programs anddeliverstrong,measurable outcomesto the business
- The ability tobuildcredibilityquicklywithleaders andoperational partners toensurewell-aligned support for your client groups
- Proficiencyin multiple HR functional areas including leadership coaching and development, employee relations,performance management,organizationaldesign,talent strategy,compensation, program/process management, programmanagement.
- Proficiencyin Word, Excel, PPT and Workday
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$112,500—$168,750 USD
