As a Senior UX Manager, you will lead a team offull-stackUX designers to create lovable, intuitive experiences across our enterprise SaaS products. You will coach and grow designers, co-own roadmaps with Product and Engineering, and drive measurable outcomes such as PSAT, adoption, time-to-value, and supportticket reduction. You will strengthen research and analytics practices, championdesign systemadoption, ensure privacybydesign and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, andleveragemodern AI-assisted tooling to elevate efficiency, creativity, and delivery.Leadership & Strategy
- Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, running effective 1:1s, growth plans, and performance feedback.
- Develop design strategies that align business goals and user needs, co-owning roadmap priorities with PM and Engineering.
- Align with other UX leaders on shared initiatives, dependencies, and experience vision.
- Provide thought leadership and stay current on emerging UX trends, tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard design talent.
Design Execution & Quality
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for prototyping, research synthesis, auditing, and workflow acceleration.
- Deliver usable, lovable end-to-end product experiences; guide designers in defining patterns, content strategy, and research approaches.
- Ensure accessibility, privacy-by-design, and thoughtful, contextual UX copy.
- Evangelize and mature adoption of the design system, driving consistency and contribution across teams.
- Conduct independent discovery and oversee user research to inform decisions and future product direction.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Operate transparently with PM, Engineering, Privacy/Legal, Support, and GTM—maintainingstatus, risks, and decision logs.
- Synthesize insights from user research with product analytics (e.g., Pendo, Ideas Portal, BI).
- Identifyand resolve journey gaps across onboarding, documentation, and support to reduce friction and time-to-value.
- Co-lead strategic planning workshops and prioritization efforts with cross-functional partners.
- Communicate design rationale, customer insights, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Operational Excellence
- Drive the UX roadmap for your remit, ensuring clear priorities and measurable UX outcomes.
- Define UX success metrics up front and evaluate postlaunch performance using dashboards and PSAT.
- Maintain a culture of collaboration through recurring team sessions focused on patterns, research, and best practices.
- Use AI-enabled tooling to improve operational efficiency, documentation, and iteration speed.
- Support hiring, capacity planning, and scalable design processes across product areas.
- Background in consent/privacy, governance, or data tooling.
- Experience integrating AI into design workflows (research synthesis, content drafting, prototype/code generation).
- Leading multi‑region teams and scaling design practices across multiple squads.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$143,625—$215,437.50 USD
