We are seeking an exceptional Product Strategy leader to drive data-driven strategy for our product and partner integration portfolio and support executive decision-making across our product organization. The Product Strategy Director will serve as a key strategic partner to product leadership, designing and executing sophisticated analytical frameworks that inform portfolio prioritization, resource allocation decisions, and strategic planning.Your Mission
- Strategic Portfolio Management & Resource Allocation
Partner with executive leadership toestablishprioritization criteria and trade-off frameworks that balance short-term performance with long-term strategicobjectives. Conduct rigorous business case analyses for major product investments, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and financial projections.
- Executive Reporting & Performance Management
Own the design and ongoing delivery of executive-level dashboards and reporting packages that track key initiatives and business outcomes against targets. Develop narrative-driven insights that translate complex data into clear executive recommendations, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Product Data Program:Define data requirements and partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure availability of reliable, timely information.Establish self-service analytical capabilities that democratize access andestablishmethodological best practices.
- Cross-Functional Strategy:Partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensureintegratedview of product performance and market dynamics. Facilitate cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities, resource trade-offs, and performance expectations.
- Tech Partner Strategy and Execution:Partner with tech partner team on analysis and prioritization of strategic opportunities for product partnerships and alliances. Lead the product management function in managing ongoing roadmap development and execution.
You Are
This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a data-consulting background who excels at translating complex data into actionable insights and executive narratives.Your experience includes:
- 7-10 years of experience in data-driven management consulting, preferably at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent strategy consulting background
- Proventrack recordof leading complex analytical projects and delivering executive-level strategic recommendations
- Expertproficiencyin financial modeling, business case development, and portfolio analysis methodologies
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools and visualization platforms (SQL, Python/R, Tableau,PowerBI, or similar)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives from complex data
- Experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks and KPI systems
- Strong understanding of product management principles and product-led growth strategies
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$225,150—$292,725 USD
