The Challenge

As our global business expands, seamless operations and consistency are critical. As Senior Manager of Order Management, you'll drive the strategic direction of your region, aligning operational decisions with strategic objectives and balancing customer needs with system functionality.

Your Mission

  • Lead and empower a dynamic team, fostering innovation and efficiency to align with global objectives.
  • Champion collaboration between GTM, Legal, Billing & Revenue Recognition, ensuring consistent operations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to GTM, providing expertise in deal structure, order operations, and system functionality.
  • Make impactful decisions and encourage a culture of innovation and strategic autonomy.
  • Act as a gatekeeper on behalf of Finance Leadership, reviewing escalations and empowering your team to make decisions.
  • Develop and streamline robust deal processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with the Order Management Director and Corporate Strategy to drive transformation initiatives.

Your communication skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
  • 4+ years in Deal Desk or Order Management, or 2+ years leading a Deal Desk or Order Management team
  • Advanced knowledge of Order Management processes, Quote-to-Bill systems, and Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with standard and non-standard quoting scenarios (e.g., Co-terming, Cancel & Replace, True-Ups)
  • Understanding software contracts and T&Cs, explaining revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, Churn)
  • Excellent communication and business acumen

Extra Awesome

  • Led transformative Quote to Cash initiatives
  • Built reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Understanding of CLM Solutions (e.g., Ironclad)
  • Maintained a repository of Quote to Bill business rules and process flows
  • DocuSign experience
