As a Product Operations, you're expected to:
The Transfers Infrastructure Product Operations will play a pivotal role building a fundamentally different banking account transfers product. Responsibilities will include:

• Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
• Design state-of-the-art processes aimed at scaling banking account transfers
• Manage critical supplier dependencies to improve the operational healthiness of the product
• Influence cutting edge technological discussions with regulatory bodies to build instant payments ecosystem in Colombia.

We're looking for an experienced Product Operations who has:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Fluent or native Spanish and English
• Genuine curiosity about a product ecosystem. Having been exposed to clearing house contexts previously is a plus.
• Launched and scaled fintech products, specially in Colombia and Proven track record designing and improving processes
• Overall business acumen. Understanding the unit economics of different financial services products is a plus.
• Capacity to navigate in ambiguous situations, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization

Nubank continues to hire for all open roles, all interviewing and onboarding is done virtually. Everyone new to the team and our current staff will be working from home for 7-8 weeks and 1 at the office (Bogotá).
