Netflix's Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) team is looking for a Manager to join its EMEA team based in Amsterdam. CPS&O develops strategic insights to further the company's global entertainment efforts. Senior management depends heavily on the CPS&O team to accurately measure business performance and lead the strategic analysis used to inform important content decisions. This role will lead our pan-EMEA programming and licensing strategy efforts - developing a holistic view of the EMEA content slate and serving as a key strategic advisor to senior content leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as a thought partner to EMEA content and acquisitions leadership on programming priorities and investment decisions — pitching and developing ideas that shape how Netflix approaches programming across the region
Spearheading special projects and presenting strategic recommendations on key programming and licensing challenges to senior Netflix leadership
Consolidating perspectives from local CPS&O leads across EMEA, translating input into a coherent pan-EMEA view that helps to inform key decisions
Building frameworks to guide portfolio decisions across licensed titles — including territory prioritization, opportunity sizing, and programming analyses
Setting and driving the agenda for coordinating EMEA licensing efforts — aligning stakeholders on priorities, synthesizing regional context, and strengthening alignment with global licensing teams
Partnering with a broad set of cross-functional partners - including Content, Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Product, Consumer Insights, and global CPS&O - cascading updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on EMEA content priorities
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in a media/entertainment/streaming company, management consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly demanding environment in a strategy, operations, or analytical role
Deep knowledge of the TV/film content landscape, with familiarity in content licensing, acquisitions, windowing strategies, or programming operations
Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and present findings and recommendations to senior executives in a clear and compelling way
Strong financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment and work effectively in a fast-changing, matrixed organization
Able to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity; tracks industry trends, synthesizes competitive intelligence, and contributes informed perspectives to strategic discussions
Passion for entertainment and an avid consumer of content
Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets / Slides; familiarity with data tools (Tableau, Airtable, or similar) a plus
