About the Role

We are looking for a Licensing Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships in food, beverage, health, beauty, and emerging categories across Brazil and the Southern Cone of Latin America, with a focus on key accounts and maximizing integrated contracts with the media and partnerships teams.

This role will be part of the transition of licensing operations in Brazil to a direct management model, playing a key role in capturing the growth potential of these markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure creative and strategic alignment between Netflix content and the product lines under prospecting and development.

  • Identify and negotiate licensing partnerships in food, beverage, beauty, health, and innovation categories, with the goal of amplifying the cultural impact of content and driving revenue growth.

  • Act as a strategic bridge between the Consumer Products team and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and optimization of integrated business opportunities.

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and strategic partners across the indicated categories, with a proven track record in food, beverage, health, and beauty sectors and established relationships with industry leaders.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams on contract structuring and payment processes.

  • Contribute to the mapping and prioritization of market opportunities aligned with Netflix's strategic segmentation guidelines.

  • Support the launch, activation, and sustaining strategy for key titles such as Bridgerton, One Piece, Guerreiras do K-pop, Narnia, and others, adapting the commercial strategy for the Latin American market through partners and retail.

  • Work in close partnership with the product marketing and retail implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience (15+ years) in licensing, brand partnerships, or business development (preferably in entertainment or consumer goods).

  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and deal closing.

  • Familiarity with the CPG ecosystem (from product development through production timelines) and knowledge of key industry players.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and finance teams.

  • Native or fluent English and advanced Spanish are mandatory requirements.

  • Strategic profile, with the ability to operate both at the relationship-building and contract-structuring levels.
