The Opportunity
Netflix is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to join the Product Merchandising NCX Operations team to support creative asset operations across our portfolio of content.
The Product Merchandising Operations team is responsible for the publishing readiness of all of our content’s metadata, assets, and deliverables required to launch on our platforms (and first-party app stores for our games).

The Role
The Coordinator will be responsible for the task coordination of current workstreams which support several internal Netflix content verticals. The Coordinator will work alongside Launch Project Managers, Producers, and agencies/vendors to ensure asset fulfillment needs are met across various workstreams.
You will be responsible for the design, management and optimization of operational workflows with the overarching goal of fulfilling assets or tasks and connecting the dots between internal teams and external vendors. We work to build and manage scalable workflows and are at the intersection of vendors and Netflix FTEs. In many ways, this role will bridge the gap between our internal and external partners. This role is primarily tactical and does not have any direct reports. This role reports into our NCX Operations Manager, located in California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project tactics and operations that could include, but not limited to, artwork fulfillment and QC workflows
Effectively track multiple timelines and proactively communicate feasibility, potential delays and risks to cross-functional stakeholders
Regularly update dashboards/task management queues to ensure that artwork fulfillment and QC tasks are flowing seamlessly and on-time
Regularly maintain asset repositories and ensure vendors have access to deliver into our tools
Quickly resolve escalated issues originating from various vendors throughout the process (QC, artwork production/delivery, vendor task management)
Become well versed in the Netflix tooling ecosystem in order to set up, ingest, track, approve/reject, and troubleshoot assets along the delivery pipeline
Create, maintain and contribute to workflow documentation (e.g. specs, training documentation, tooling guides) for broader use
Communicate clearly with task execution and fulfillment vendor(s) to ensure cross-functional context is being shared and obstacles are removed
Action on high volume of ad-hoc, complex or high-context tasks in a timely manner
Develop operational and technical expertise as it relates to artwork fulfillment and QC operations workflows
As the sole coordinator on the NCX Operations team, other ad hoc operational tasks may arise
Required Experience/Skills:
5+ years in asset and/or project coordination
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent project management skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time, often switch across different workstreams or projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to in-flight project changes and XFN stakeholder requests
Adept in project tracking and task management systems such as Airtable
Experience in working with creative agencies and managed-service vendors
Adept in effectively prioritizing high volume of concurrent tasks with expedited timelines
Ability to grasp technical workflows quickly
Experience in working on a global teams with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Clear, concise and flexible communicator
