The Opportunity
With Netflix's continuous growth and expansion across Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced, strong Administrative Assistant to jointly support executive leaders based in Singapore across our Southeast Asia (SEA) Content and Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) teams. CPS&O is responsible for the analytical efforts and strategic thinking behind the content programming strategy, working across content buying and original content decisions. The successful candidate will navigate a fast-paced environment, interacting with internal teams and external partners across multiple Southeast Asian countries and time zones.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple, diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings internally and externally across Southeast Asia, and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones, multiple weeks to months in advance.
Travel Coordination: Complete end-to-end travel management, including booking regional and international travel, organizing trip itineraries, maintaining passports/visas, keeping executives aware of regional travel restrictions, and processing travel and expense reports with accuracy and compliance.
Financial & Operational Support: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and help track payments to external vendors. Create early drafts of contracts and sponsorship agreements for team review. Manage and track team budgets/Anaplan allocations and maintain project logs to track regional project statuses.
Event Planning: Plan and manage various internal team events, team-building initiatives, and large cross-functional off-sites across the SEA region through coordination with various internal partners and external vendors.
Communication & Collaboration: Handle heavy internal and external communications, manage the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare decks for internal and external regional presentations.
Strategic Partnership: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional administrative assistants in various Southeast Asian markets. Work independently and remotely from executives when necessary, consistently seeking opportunities to enable the SEA Content team to achieve maximum efficiency and output.
Qualifications & Requirements

Extensive experience working within technology, entertainment, or a similar fast-growing multinational company, ideally with exposure to cross-regional markets.
Proficiency in Google Workspace apps (Google Mail, Calendar, Drive, Groups, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat) and standard enterprise communication tools (Slack, Workday).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent structural prioritization skills and the ability to operate comfortably in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing setting.
Strong problem-solving abilities, close attention to detail, and a structured, solutions-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to be discreet, handle confidential information safely, and work independently, sometimes without direction from the executives.
Must be excited to learn about and thrive in the Netflix culture.
