  • Proactive financial management of workplace costs, ensuring efficient use of Netflix resources, including people costs, and driving financial responsibility across workplace operations.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing and inclusive Workplace team, creating an environment that fosters continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

  • Proactively engage with VP-level executives and senior leaders across multiple functions to align workplace services with Netflix’s strategic business objectives and drive forward key initiatives.

  • Stay highly aligned with functional teams & leaders across Space & Occupancy, Design & Construction, Real Estate, and Security to ensure we are proactively delivering an overall EO strategy that supports business objectives.

  • Drive innovation in workplace services, implementing forward-thinking strategies that align with evolving business needs and elevate employee and visitor experience.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Talent, Environmental Health & Safety, AV, Ntech Ops, Events, Internal Comms).

  • Understand Netflix’s evolving business needs and effectively share relevant context with your team and functional partners to ensure they deliver their best work in a way that works for them and the business.

Requirements:

  • Significant leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and a strong focus on excellence.

  • A senior leader with the ability to influence VP-level executives and drive strategic initiatives.

  • 10 or more years of experience in a similar role, including managing multiple corporate buildings and leading teams across various functions.

  • An innovative mindset with the ability to drive high-quality workplace services and operational improvements.

  • Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder communication, and multi-location leadership.

  • Travel up to 25% as needed, including international and visiting other market locations as part of the role’s core responsibilities.
