As our global footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Art & Print Producer to join the LATAM Marketing Production team. You will play a key role in facilitating the finishing, localization, and adaptation of printed and digital marketing artwork assets for Netflix campaigns across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. This includes ensuring creative excellence, quality control, brand consistency, and technical delivery across a variety of media.

The regional Marketing Production team operates as a nimble hub focused on scalable execution and creative excellence. Working closely with Marketing and Publicity partners, you will help bring our stories to audiences worldwide while contributing to LATAM-wide initiatives that improve workflows, efficiency, and impact.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Production Lead in LATAM, you will partner with the Art & Print Production Manager, other producers and cross-functional teams across creative, media, product and regional marketing to execute artwork production and localization at scale. You will manage workflows, support campaign delivery, and ensure assets meet technical requirements while being elevated to their maximum creative potential. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading Art & Print production across the highest-impact campaigns, ensuring excellent execution from development through final delivery.

  • Owning and strengthening end-to-end artwork workflows across internal teams, agencies, art finishing/adaptation partners, and print vendors, enabling scale, consistency, and operational clarity.

  • Providing technical and creative finishing expertise, ensuring assets meet creative intent, brand standards, and technical specifications across formats, regions, and OOH placements.

  • Acting as a key Art & Print partner to cross-functional teams throughout the region, including agencies and vendors, to align on priorities, timelines, execution and delivery expectations.

  • Overseeing artwork adaptation and localization across LATAM languages and markets, ensuring regional relevance, consistency and legal compliance.

  • Driving improvements in production workflows, including color management, proofing, specifications, and file handling, to support scalable and efficient execution.

  • Contributing to global and regional initiatives, tooling conversations, and evolving systems that improve how work is executed across the organization.

  • Supporting vendor onboarding and ongoing partnerships, reinforcing best practices, workflows, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of artwork servicing and print production experience within an entertainment studio, print production house, or creative agency, with deep knowledge of prepress, color management, and large-format/OOH/DOOH workflows.

  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows, including the creative and production process for artwork across still and motion.

  • Fluent in artwork types and formats, with solid knowledge of asset management, servicing, and trafficking.

  • Experience with artwork localization workflows and requirements.

  • High proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus.

  • Strong technical foundation, including color workflows and production specifications. You know your RGBs from your CMYKs.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong visual judgment.

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, maintain momentum across campaigns, and activate contingency plans when needed.

  • Able to identify risks and issues across individual campaigns and at a broader systemic level, and drive solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional and global stakeholders.

  • Native Brazilian Portuguese required. English fluency required. Spanish is a plus.
