The Role
The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with demonstrated experience in building strong Partner Marketing strategy & delivering tangible business outcomes.
A passion for technology and entertainment is a must, in addition to a keen understanding of how access to entertainment fits into consumer’s lives and how it is likely to evolve over time. As Sr Manager, Partner Marketing SEA & ANZ, the successful candidate will be the functional expert and a critical link between key cross-functional teams like Business Development, Partner Solutions, Partnership Strategy & Analysis and Country Marketing to achieve business goals in the region. This role will require frequent travel in the region (TH, ID, TW, AU, SG) and will work closely with several stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Build and own the Partner Marketing strategy for SEA & ANZ with a clear lens of how it will help deliver on our broader business strategy.
Partner with the country teams to develop, refine and execute functional strategies, including defining clear goals and short, mid & long term roadmaps.
Provide thought partnership and guidance around opportunity sizing, identifying consumer & partner motivations, key GTM levers and clear success metrics for initiatives across existing & new partnerships in the region.
Establish & foster deep relationships with key senior marketing stakeholders on the partner-side.
Partner with key cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Business Development, Partner Solutions, Partnership Strategy & Analysis and Country Marketing to maximise Partnership impact in the region.
Identify strategic functional priorities that can scale across the sub-region.
Own a learning agenda. Define corrective actions to improve effectiveness by tracking performance with our analytical teams. Translate learnings into clear, prioritized actions that maximise future impact.
Qualifications:
More than 15 years’ experience across Tech & Entertainment is essential. Experience across PayTV/Telecommunication/CE is a plus.
Excellent regional knowledge and expertise, esp around TH, ID.
An expert in Full Funnel Marketing, including Retail / Sales, who is also experienced in budget ownership.
Entrepreneurial mindset: consumer-oriented, outspoken and impact oriented.
Possess the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Strong knowledge and interest in both business and marketing challenges with a keen lens on driving impact.
Strong communication and influence skills with a track record of collaborating effectively and driving initiatives with cross-functional partners.
Willingness to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and be motivated, proactive, disciplined, flexible and able to work with effective autonomy.
Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of a second SEAsian language is a huge plus.
