Our Team

The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that powers the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our member’s viewing experience and drive great outcomes for advertisers. We also ensure that advertiser brand safety is ensured during serving, members only see the most appropriate ads for them and Netflix’s advertising policies and contracts are thoroughly enforced.

Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own Campaign APIs & Integrations—the programmatic interfaces and integration layer that enables all forms of demand to create, manage, and activate advertising campaigns on Netflix.

This is a foundational role that sits at the intersection of ads domain expertise and API product thinking. You will define how agencies, aggregators, direct advertisers, retail media partners, and other buying channels connect into Netflix's ads ecosystem via a Programmatic model and ensure campaign setup reliably translates into compliant, measurable delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Campaign API surface area and integration layer that scale across all demand types—agency holding companies, aggregators, direct advertisers, and retail media networks

  • Partner with engineering and data science to deliver platform-grade API capabilities

  • Ensure seamless integration across planning, forecasting, pricing, creative, delivery, measurement, and billing for a reliable end-to-end campaign activation workflow.

  • Drive an excellent developer and partner experience: clear API contracts, high-quality documentation, sandbox environments, and partner onboarding.

  • Collaborate with Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Finance, Legal, Policy, and Partnerships to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable, durable product solutions.

  • Use data to measure integration health, campaign setup quality, and operational reliability—and translate those insights into clear roadmap decisions.

  • Balance near-term partner enablement with long-term platform investments, maintaining a clear and well-prioritized roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience launching and scaling platform products in advertising technology, media platforms, or API-first systems.

  • Strong ads domain knowledge: campaign lifecycle management, budgeting and pacing, flighting, frequency, targeting, creative association, and measurement—across both Direct IO and Programmatic buying.

  • Demonstrated experience owning enterprise APIs in production, including schema design, versioning, backward compatibility, and operational reliability.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work through complex data and translate findings into actionable product decisions.

  • Excellent communicator, able to align technical teams and business stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
