At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

This role sits within the Content Intelligence team, which is responsible for the platforms and insights that help Content executives understand their slate, identify opportunities, and act on data. You will drive a broad range of product initiatives across the Content Intelligence space, from capturing and structuring critical content data to surfacing insights that support high-stakes creative decision making, including early bets on AI-powered capabilities that deliver the right signal to creative teams at the right moment. You will work at the intersection of content strategy, data, and product, building experiences used daily by some of Netflix's most senior creative and business leaders.

This role calls for someone who is curious, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will own work streams end-to-end and deliver with rigor, while also developing a strategic lens on the space and contributing to how the team thinks about product direction over time.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to roadmap definition and execute against priorities that support content decision-making across scheduling, acquisition, and slate intelligence.

  • Own specific product workstreams end-to-end, from requirements gathering and discovery through to launch and iteration, proactively seeking input from your manager and peers when needed.

  • Develop a deep understanding of how Content teams work: their workflows, pain points, and the decisions they need to make on a daily basis.

  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and design partners.

  • Work closely with data science and analytics teams to surface meaningful signals and ensure insights reach the right people at the right time.

  • Contribute to the team's AI-driven product bets, helping explore how generative AI and intelligent workflows can surface insights and reduce friction for Content teams.

  • Drive adoption of new tools and features by partnering with operational teams on change management and rollout strategies.

  • Contribute to team-wide planning rituals, including roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of shipping products in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience with working on insights-focused products

  • Strong execution skills: you know how to move work forward, keep partners aligned, and deliver with quality under ambiguity.

  • Some prior exposure to the entertainment industry or content-driven businesses is a plus. Genuine curiosity about how creative and content decisions get made is a must.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical teams (engineering, data science) and non-technical stakeholders (creative executives, operations)

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message across your squad and key stakeholders, from engineers to business partners.

  • A collaborative, low-ego working style. You're energized by working across functions and contributing to a shared vision.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you're energized by problems that don't yet have clear solutions.

  • Working familiarity with generative AI and agentic workflows; experience using AI tools to accelerate product discovery or ship AI-powered features is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building internal tooling or enterprise products for knowledge workers.

  • Familiarity with content acquisition, licensing, or scheduling workflows in a media or entertainment context.

  • Exposure to AI/ML-native products & AI based prototyping, particularly around surfacing intelligence or automating workflows.

  • Experience working in a fast-moving, high-trust environment where you are expected to exercise significant independent judgment.
