Role Overview


This manager will support and operate the core go‑to‑market engine for Netflix Ads packages, sponsorships and media/programmatic solutions.
Sitting within the MP&O (Market, Planning & Operations) organization, the Manager, Packages & Solutions will work closely with the Sr. Manager to bring our ads solutions to life in the market – from narrative and pitch development to the design and execution of scalable, compelling offerings for advertisers and agencies.


In a nascent and fast‑growing ads business, this role will play a key part in helping to build the foundations of our go‑to‑market strategy and our long‑term commercial playbook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Netflix Ads solutions (packages, sponsorships, media and programmatic offerings), with a core objective of maximizing brand and business outcomes for clients, in partnership with the Sr. Manager and Sales.
  • Translate market dynamics and business levers (e.g., seasonality, competitive landscape, content moments) into differentiated ad packages and programmatic‑first solutions that drive growth for both Netflix and our advertisers, under the guidance of senior leaders.
  • Help design and operationalize the annual activation calendar, and support the strategy and execution of our upfront season, working closely with Sales and cross‑functional partners.
  • Build and maintain best‑in‑class media solutions, pitches and toolkits that enable the Sales team to take our story and solutions to market with clarity, consistency and conviction.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across Pricing, Strategy, Measurement, Ads Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Product and Content to bring together all elements of our ads offering.
  • Contribute to scaling and standardizing our GTM motion for Ads to create predictability and repeatability in how advertisers and agencies buy from Netflix, while keeping enough flexibility to innovate and deliver the “Netflix effect” in market.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Building, Media and Digital/Programmatic Media.
  • Fluent English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience supporting or managing go‑to‑market efforts for ads solutions at publishers, platforms or media companies.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the advertising ecosystem, its competitive dynamics and the value that advertising brings to brands and businesses.
  • Strong execution drive: able to take a clear vision and working model and turn it into action, coordinating multiple cross‑functional teams around shared outcomes.
  • Someone who is a natural driver in the room at their level – comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity, organizing workstreams, and moving complex projects from idea to launch through genuine collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of media and ad formats across offline and digital, including programmatic / AI buying and platform capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; able to sell ideas internally, equip and inspire Sales teams, and advocate credibly for new solutions in front of stakeholders.
