The Team
Commercial Operations empowers the Marketing Partnerships team to develop and execute programs with partners, brands, and advertisers, while maintaining operational excellence. We do this by delivering the most effective tools and workflow systems that enable the team to drive revenue at scale. The team is visible throughout the entire Partnerships and Ads organizations, and works in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
The Role
The Marketing Operations Manager leads program management for Marketing Partnerships’ creative project management tools, owning implementation and optimization so that our creative teams can operate and unlock insights at scale. This role drives discovery to identify pain points and workflow improvements, translates user needs into future-proofed systems, manages a prioritized roadmap, and owns communications. They will partner with global Creative teams, Product, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management of Creative Project Management Tools
Own Program Management for creation and maintenance of Creative project management tools in Airtable (and other solutions)
Lead the discovery phase to identify pain points, workflow adjustments, and scalable, future-proofed solutions
Facilitate communications and drive alignment on Marketing Partnerships’ requirements in roadmap, and execute against priorities
Educate Marketing Partnerships’ team on solutions and new features
Identify risks and misalignment to projects and reduce the impact of potential risks by developing a plan to manage, eliminate, or limit setbacks
Own meetings and communications with key stakeholders across the Marketing Partnerships Creative teams and ensure proper support is provided to users
Operations Management
Provide low-lift Airtable (or other no-code, low-code) solutioning for team
Build frameworks to enable user permissioning at scale
Set the operational infrastructure to unlock key reporting and insights for Creative leadership
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on solution-building when necessary
User Experience & Feedback Management
Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback from Marketing Partnerships’ Creative teams
Translate user needs into actionable system improvements and feature requests
Own & prioritize roadmap of proactive enhancements
Communicate updates and resolutions back to Marketing Partnerships Creative stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate has...
6+ years of experience in a highly cross-functional Marketing Operations, Creative Strategy & Operations, or Creative Program Management role
Fluency in Airtable and other no-code, low-code solutions
Experience in program management creative workflows strongly preferred
Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to socialize, explain, and “sell” new and complex strategies, practices, and workflows
Experience in relationship building with global marketing teams
Passionate about using AI to enhance workflows
High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $215,000.00 - $346,000.00.
