Netflix is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to leaders within our Games Technology and Portfolio Development organization. The role requires managing complex calendars, including proactive meeting planning and organization, and prioritizing a wide range of tasks. The individual will collaborate closely with various internal cross-functional teams and maintain relationships and communication with external partners. This position serves as a direct partner to our leaders, helping them be as effective as possible.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to work autonomously while juggling multiple responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail. They will have polished and professional communication skills. This is a demanding, fast-paced position that requires someone with strong judgment and initiative. This position is based out of our Los Gatos office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with your leaders and other admins, anticipating (and flagging or solving for) needs and gaps

  • Provide proactive support to ensure leaders can focus on their primary duties

  • Efficiently manage complex calendars for multiple leaders, ensuring meetings are scheduled, prioritized, and confirmed across different time zones

  • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including potential itinerary or schedule changes on short notice

  • Maintain digital and physical organization of files, process travel and expense reports

  • Serve as an effective knowledge base for the team, especially regarding processes and procedures, and provide assistance in a hands-on, proactive manner

  • Build strong working relationships with a wide range of company partners

  • Assist and prep for, and staff team meetings and events, both onsite (LG office) and offsite (other Netflix offices and external conferences)

  • Generate a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both internal and external partners

  • Serve as a communication hub, fostering collaboration and transparency across different teams and departments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant (or similar) supporting directors or above

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Google Workspace

  • Proficient in creating and structuring presentation framework decks, organizing content, and visually communicating complex information effectively

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving environment

  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for team members and external partners

  • Excellent judgment and integrity

  • Proficiency with domestic and/or international travel coordination

  • 10-20% travel to other offices, mostly LA

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $43.27 - $81.73.
