Assist new hires and current employees with benefits, orientation, and education.
Collect, clean, and consolidate vendor and claims data.
Run ad-hoc reports and produce dashboards/charts to summarize benefit utilization, trends, and insights.
Complete benchmarking surveys and comparisons vs. external markets.
Support compliance activities, including audits (e.g., retirement plan testing) and program sprint tasks.
Assist with statutory leave and legislative changes as they relate to programs.
Contribute to benefits communications, FAQs, and participate in presentations.
What we are looking for:
7+ years of relevant experience in benefits design and/or benefits operations
Deep experience in managing insurance programs, especially medical programs.
