Partnerships are a critical driver of growth for Netflix. Over time, Netflix has built a number of partnerships with companies, from mobile and fixed line network operators to Consumer Electronics (CE) device manufacturers and distributors, that help us deliver the Netflix experience around the world. These partnerships have been instrumental in accelerating Netflix’s global growth story and today they impact millions of members. Some of the larger global partnerships we have today include Samsung, LG, Google and Roku, to name a few.
Netflix derives a significant competitive advantage from the analytical approach it takes to manage all aspects of the business. As we continue to push for growth and retention globally, we are looking for an Associate to join our Partnerships F&S team. This role will be focused on supporting existing partnerships with Global CE & Platform partners, leading workstreams on global analyses & projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams on emerging initiatives.
This role will be based in Los Gatos and report to the Director of Partnerships, F&S. It will include travel (a few trips per year) to partner locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing the ongoing performance of CE & Platform partnerships (e.g. acquisition and engagement trends)

Evaluating the financial impact of new partnership initiatives
Financial projections and scenario modeling
Conducting market analysis leveraging both internal & external data to drive actionable insights for broader Partnerships organization
Creating insightful presentations that facilitate decision-making for internal stakeholders and external partners
Leading projects on global initiatives or analyses (e.g. emerging trends in platform monetization)
Partnering with the Product & Partner Engineering teams to help identify/prioritize and assess the impact of initiatives (e.g.enabling device portfolio for new business models)
Collaborating with other teams working on partnerships initiatives (E.g. Data Science & Engineering, Consumer Insights)
Providing ongoing program support for core team (e.g. forecasting, quarterly updates)
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates are required to be highly analytical and effective communicators. Prior experience in management consulting or an equivalent analytical role is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing comprehensive analyses independently and proactively. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results and exhibit the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting or similar field
Extensive experience conducting quantitative analysis that leads to actionable insights
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, but also able to work independently
Adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Skilled in preparing effective presentations with clear narrative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
Proficiency with Tableau and SQL a strong plus
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $180,000.00 - $275,000.00.
